Hello pals! Hehe hari Senin. Kebetulan pulang jam 1 dari rumah sakit tempat aku magang nun jauh di RSPAD sana dan sore tadi nggak ada kuliah. Jadilah sempetin dulu mampir ke stasiun UI sama Mega demi makan Mie Ayam Bakso Rudal (Pake Bakso Telor) di kober. Plus es teh manis. Cukup ngeluarin 16,500 Rupiah! Deket stasiun. Yang pengen nyobain, boleh banget jelajah kuliner di Kober deket Stasiun UI. Ada eskrim berbagai rasa. Ada cilok enak. Ada buku-buku juga. HAHA. Harga mahasiswa!

Cukup dam. Kita bukan mau bahas bakso atau Kober-_-

Beberapa bulan lalu, tepatnya akhir semester 4 kemaren tetiba nemu sebuah lagu dari YouTube. Judulnya 'Hello My Old Heart' (coba dengerin nih). Awalnya nemu lagu ini gegara ada video yang make lagu ini as it soundtrack. Lagunya simpel, instrumen musiknya juga sederhana tapi liriknya ngena. Apalagi waktu itu lagi ujan-ujan. Atmosfernya beda. Ea.

Dan abis dengerin pertama kali, langsung nyari siapa pemilik lagu ini. Percaya gak percaya, aku nemu judul lagu ini cuma berbekal ngetik lirik yang aku tangkep. I typed 'hello my old heart lyrics'. Soalnya yang clear kedengeran di kuping cuma kata-kata itu khekhekhe. Eh gak disangka ternyata emang itu judul lagunya. Jeger. Finally I found the singer song that I wonder who: THE OH HELLOS!

Terus. Aku download lagu-lagunya The Oh Hellos yang lain. Lagu-lagunya easylistening ternyata. Nggak alay, haha. Lagunya deep-simple-enough. Yang di album The Oh Hello's sama Through the Deep, Dark Valley itu enak-enak. Lumayan buat didengerin di kereta pas lagi ngantuk xD

Ada lagu judulnya 'Lay Me Down', the second favorite. Opening lirik sama nadanya mirip mirip lagunya Taylor Swift featuring The Civil Wars, yang judulnya Safe and Sound. Tapi pas ditengah-tengah langsung enerjik sama iringan gitar akustik. Keren. And so does with the lyrics!

Band ini band singer duo. Kayaknya siblingsnya suami-istri deh. Sotoy alias haha. Pokoknya yang aku tau The Oh Hellos ini band indie, genrenya eclectic folk rock. Tapi lagunya recommended punya. Band indie biasanya gini kan, ngga begitu famous tapi lagunya catchy. Kalo di Indonesia lirik lagunya mirip sama band White Shoes and The Couples Company, Mocca atau macem Letto gitu. Bukan mirip genrenya loh ya.
